Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for the 3T Portal and 3T App

This accessibility statement applies to the following:

  • 3T Portal available at https://3t.app.
  • 3T App (v1.48.5 as of 18th March 2026) available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The 3T Portal and 3T App are run by Tristel Solutions Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use these tools. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings.
  • Zoom in up to a reasonable degree without the text spilling off the screen.
  • Navigate as much as possible using only a keyboard or assistive technology.

How accessible the 3T Portal and 3T App are

In general, the 3T Portal and 3T App are very accessible and should work well for the majority of users. However, we know some elements are not fully accessible:

  • Some training videos may not have captions.
  • Some complex portal forms may be harder to use at extreme zoom levels.
  • Some charts in the portal may lack ARIA roles attributes that would assist in clarifying their purpose to assisted devices.
  • Whilst key elements of the portal meet or exceed colour contrast guidelines, some minor areas fall slightly below expected contrast ratios.
  • In some places the app may not be able to accommodate very large text at extreme zoom levels.
  • There are some other minor features that are not fully accessible.

Compliance status

The 3T Portal and 3T App are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

Non-compliance with accessibility regulations

  • Some training videos may not have captions. Closed captions are available automatically through some browsers and/or browser extensions but this may not be an option or available to all viewers. We will investigate adding full closed captioning to future videos when they are commissioned.
  • Some complex portal forms may be harder to use at extreme zoom levels (beyond 200%).
  • Some charts displayed in the portal may not fully utilise ARIA roles in the best way to help assisted devices describe the information being displayed.
  • Whilst key elements of the portal meet or exceed colour contrast guidelines, some minor areas fall slightly below expected contrast ratios. The specific instances do not hinder overall use of the portal and are very close to conforming to expected contrast.
  • In some places the app may not be able to accommodate very large text at extreme zoom levels.
  • In some places, the app does not meet all the accessibility requirements:
    • A few unexposed texts (visible on screen but not detected by screen readers)
    • Printing
      • Missing semantic label for print icon (Complete Cycle view)
      • Missing semantic label for settings icon (Select a printer view)
      • Missing semantic label for + and – (number of copies selector)
    • Demo mode
      • The exit demo mode button in the Device List view has a small touch target.
