Objective:
It is the objective of the QC team to ensure that all samples are accurately prepared and analysed. Monitoring of equipment calibration to ensure accuracy of measurements. It has the responsibility and authority to carry out tests as specified in the production process and the calculation of additions to production batches. The QC team is responsible for the batch release of finished bulk solutions. QC shall also verify conformity of all products manufactured to internal specifications through visual, measured and other available methods.
Responsibilities:
Inspection of production lines, including a cleanroom area, for adherence to process and procedure and the inspection and subsequent release/rejection of incoming raw materials, componentry and finished goods produced by Tristel or a duly authorised third party.
Any deviations from processes, procedures or product release specification will be controlled and managed via Tristel’s nonconformity procedure.
Completion of documents relating to packaging and release activities including the generation and population of certificates of analysis.
Liaise with other departments to balance priorities whilst adhering to their and the QC company KPI metrics.

Qualifications:
No formal academic qualifications are required.
The role is 39 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.
