Tristel Fuse for Stella is a single-use disinfectant solution designed specifically for use in Stella for the high-level disinfection of semi-critical medical devices.
Tristel Fuse for Stella incorporates two separate compartments that contain 50ml Tristel Base solution (citric acid) and 50ml Tristel Activator solution (sodium chlorite). When mixed upon bursting the sachet, Tristel’s proprietary chlorine dioxide chemistry is generated for dilution into five litres of water.

Compatibility
Tristel Fuse for Stella has been tested and proven to be compatible with the instruments of major manufacturers including BK Medical, Canon Medical Systems, Fujifilm ( Hitachi), Karl Storz, Philips and Unisensor.
Traceability
At the end of the high-level disinfection cycle, the Stella System automatically generates a validation code which can be recorded in the Stella Quality Audit Trail Record book.
For digital traceability, Stella IQ stores the validation code for secure download via the Stella Suite software.

Tristel Fuse for Stella is a chlorine dioxide burstable sachet for the high-level disinfection of medical devices.
Tristel Fuse for Stella sachets are designed with two separate compartments, one containing 50ml of Tristel Base Solution (citric acid) and one containing 50ml of Tristel Activator Solution (sodium chlorite). Upon bursting the sachet, chlorine dioxide is generated.
The Health and Safety profile of chlorine dioxide is superior to that of sodium hypochlorite, peracetic acid and glutaraldehyde, providing clinicians with a safer way to reprocess devices.
