Basierend auf ihren kanzerogenen Eigenschaften werden sie in Niedrig- und Hochrisikotypen eingeteilt (2). HPV kann sowohl den Genitalbereich als auch den Mund-RachenRaum befallen. Eine Ansteckung ist auch ohne penetrierenden Sex m\u00f6glich (4).<br \/>\nHochrisiko-Typen werden mit Geb\u00e4rmutterhalskrebs, Scheidenkrebs, Vulvakrebs, Analkarzinom, Peniskarzinom und Oropharynxkarzinom in Verbindung gebracht (3).<br \/>\nNiedrigrisiko-Typen werden mit Hautinfektionen in Zusammenhang gebracht, die zu gutartigen Hautwucherungen (Warzen) an vielen Bereichen des K\u00f6rpers, wie den F\u00fc\u00dfen, den H\u00e4nden und dem Ellbogen, f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen (4).<br \/>\nDie meisten HPV-Infektionen verlaufen symptomlos und werden durch das Immunsystem bek\u00e4mpft (4). Wiederholte HPV-Infektionen k\u00f6nnen jedoch zu einem unkontrollierten Zellwachstum entarteter Zellen f\u00fchren, was HPV bedingten Krebs ausl\u00f6st (5).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie wird HPV \u00fcbertragen?<br \/>\n<\/strong>M\u00f6gliche \u00dcbetragungswege:<br \/>\nMedizinische Untersuchungen, wie zum Beispiel Kolposkopie und transvaginale Ultraschallsonographie, oder HNO-Untersuchungen (6)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via Keimtr\u00e4ger &#8211; Objekte oder Materialien, die wahrscheinlich als Infektionsherd in Betracht kommen, wie etwa Kleidung, Utensilien, M\u00f6bel, Haare und Hautzellen (6)<\/li>\n<li>Jeglicher Haut-zu-Haut-Kontakt im Intimbereich (4)<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcssen (4)<\/li>\n<li>Vaginal-, Anal- oder Oralsex (4)<\/li>\n<li>Von der Mutter auf das Embryo, die Plazenta oder das Baby w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft oder w\u00e4hrend der Geburt (6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Wussten Sie, dass HPV 30% seiner Infekti\u00f6sit\u00e4t auf nicht ad\u00e4quat Desinfizierten medizinischen Oberfl\u00e4chen und Instrumenten f\u00fcr 7 Tage Aufrechterhalten kann (14)?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-985\" src=\"https:\/\/tristel.com\/ch-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2022\/01\/Mkt-Fac-1326-1-HPV-What-you-need-to-know-Factsheet-DE-w-300x297.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"556\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HPV und Medizinprodukte<\/strong><br \/>\nDiagnostische Medizinprodukte k\u00f6nnen HPV-Infektionstr\u00e4ger sein, sofern keine vollumf\u00e4ngliche Desinfektion erfolgt. Das betrifft u.a. transvaginale Ultraschallsonden und Kolposkope zur Untersuchung der Vagina und Geb\u00e4rmutter sowie Endoskope in der HNO. Um das \u00dcbertragungsrisiko zu minimieren, wird in internationalen Richtlinien f\u00fcr transvaginale Ultraschallsonden die Verwendung von \u00dcberziehern oder Kondomen w\u00e4hrend der Untersuchungen empfohlen (15). Allerdings ist ein vollst\u00e4ndiger Schutz nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet (17), da nach dem Gebrauch Perforationen und undichte Stellen an den \u00dcberziehern entdeckt worden sind (18).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-986\" src=\"https:\/\/tristel.com\/ch-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/29\/2022\/01\/Mkt-Fac-1271-2-Understanding-EN-14885-DE-1-300x89.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"163\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Semikritische Medizinprodukte, wie etwa endokavit\u00e4re Ultraschallsonden, m\u00fcssen nach jedem Patienten einer High-Level-Desinfektion unterzogen werden (16).
